Using the Outgoing call feature makes tracking call activity easier and cuts down on dial time for the sales team. By default, all dealerships start with 500 minutes of talk time.  Any additional minutes are $.04 per minute.

As an Admin, you will receive a notification in the application as you start to approach the 500 minute limit. If you decide you want your team to continue to use the feature beyond the limit simply contact the Support team and we’ll get the feature enabled for you.


We have now added account call tracking to the report that previously only tracked texting. So under Reports, you will now find the Account Phone/Text Usage report.


This report will give you the monthly Account wide usage for:

  • Outgoing calls (Telephony)
  • Incoming calls (generated by incoming calls to assigned texting numbers);
  • Text messages sent and received
  • Picture messages sent and received
