More Capability for Automated Emails!

Just to recap, this feature allows the dealership to send automated emails that correspond with a task from an action plan. The action plan tasks can only be added by the Account Admin(s). The “Set it and Forget it” tasks can be added on individual up sheets by any user.  

End of Term Emails

In order to utilize this option of automated emails, the dealership must have sales integration or log the financial info using the quoting tool. If you have that information, you can schedule tasks based on the end of term.




Specific User Emails
This option allows an Admin to schedule automated email tasks for a specific user. So if you would like every customer to receive an email message from the General Manager or Sales Manager, you can create a task on the action plan.


Note: These features can be used to create regular follow up reminders to be completed by the Sales team.
