We searched through many CRMs and have used a few in the past and finally came across Autoraptor. This system is by FAR the easiest system to use that I have seen which is the most important feature for us. If the system is too complicated or hard to train/use then sales people make it a chore and a 2nd thought which does not make the tool useful. We have had some seasoned sales people come through that could barely type in the computer and they learned how to use the system quickly and this in turn lets us stay on top of leads coming in and move units.
