Using the Autoraptor system has been very helpful in the way we keep track of thousands of customers from all over the world. They have a professional technical support team that trained my whole staff individually over the phone. The training lasted 30 minutes and the instructor virtually took over my computer and was able to control my screen from afar. This made it entertaining because it feels like you’re watching a video tutorial while speaking to a live person over the phone.
After the staff did the training they learned many ways on how to organize the data. Now we have a shorter response time, better communication amongst the staff, and the managers are able to keep track of our activity reports. We were also able to teach the sales rep who didn’t do the training.
