October 12-14 Leedom 15th BHPH convention in Las Vegas.
AutoRaptor was a sponsor and exhibitor for the Leedom Group. It was our first time displaying AutoRaptor to Independent dealers who specialize in Buy Here Pay Here. We were busy presenting AutoRaptor to the attendees as soon as the expo doors opened. All the dealers that we presented to had one interest, to see how technology can improve their business. They are being told by industry experts that the use of current technology will help increase their sales and profitability.
We had numerous discussions about follow up and how important it is for a BHPH dealer, and how AutoRaptor CRM can automate the process. The culture seems to be that in the BHPH world you need to close the deal when the customer has a down payment. If the down is gone, so is the customer according to a dealer from Dallas Texas who sells 400 units a month. He did see the value of follow up and walked away thinking about changing his culture.
